Why have I started looking back lately,
\nwhen I was always used to look to the future?
\nIs it, because my attempts were so blatantly
\nfruitless? Or because almost all that felt certain
\nseems to fall apart without possible suture?<\/p>\n
Not just my house, where things are well aged,
\nnot just the plaster around the chimneys on my roof,
\nthe global political house seems crumbling, too,
\nwhilst booming digital technology, control and confusion
\nruns quickly ahead \u2013 me not keeping up with its pace.<\/p>\n
Is there a place left for me in the future
\nthat I still face? Looking ahead of my time I start
\nto feel lucky not being one of the younger parts
