\nbut the wood pigeons\u2019 plump grey
\nbodies heavily move
\nthe elderberry’s leaves.<\/p>\n
The rain leaves
\neverything sopping wet.
\nI hardly move
\nunder straight curtains of rain.
\nToday is grey
\nlike yesterday.<\/p>\n
Since yesterday
\neven the ashes\u2019 leaves
\nseem ash-grey.
\nWet curtains wet
\nthem. In heavy rain
\nsheep don\u2019t like to move.<\/p>\n
Let us move
\non from yesterday.
\nThere will be rain,
\nbut no leaves,
\nin the wet
